At O'Brien Watersports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that certain safety equipment and clearance items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
